PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the grain stored in a tank from overflowing by providing an alarming means to be lit or give an alarm when the quantity of the grain stored in the tank reaches a set value in a system to discharge the grain to be fed from a feeder into the tank, and charge the grain into a grain bag. SOLUTION: When the grain is bagged, a motor 14 is driven to turn a sorting cylinder 11 and a spiral body 12. The measuring target value is set by a target set switch 5, and the tank storage set value is set by a tank storage quantity set switch 24, a shutter 3 at a lower part of a storage tank 2 is fully opened,, and the grain is discharged and bagged into a grain bag 10 placed on a weighing machine 27. When the output of the weighing machine 27 reaches the measuring target value, the shutter 3 is fully closed. When the inflow quantity of the grain into the storage tank 2 is large, and the tank storage quantity reaches the set value before the inflow quantity of the grain in the rain bag 10 reaches the measuring target value, an alarming means 8 is operated to give an alarm to a worker.
