PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability and reduce number of required part items by reducing sealed portions requiring water tight seal. SOLUTION: Batteries 12 and a plate 13 for an electronic circuit are stored in a casing body 11. A light emitting body 14 is placed on an upper end of the casing body 11. A translucent cover 15 which covers a light emitting part 48 of the light emitting body 14 and is threadedly mounted on the casing body 11 is provided. The light emitting body 14 is pressed into the casing body 11 as the cover is screwed into the casing body 11, thereby turning on a contact of a switching mechanism 16 connecting the light emitting body 14 with the batteries 12. A stopper 17 provided on the casing body 11 comes into contact with a protrusion 65 on an engaging member 18 fixed to the cover 15 to prevent the cover 15 from slipping off.
