PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the burden of a work for controlling printing ink supply. SOLUTION: Printing ink on an ink fountain roller 12 is guided transversely to the printing direction in a varying state per region and is transferred to a crosswise vibrating roller 9 by means of a lever roller 8. The turbulence of an ink movement generated by the crosswise vibrating roller 9 uplifting motion of the crosswise vibrating roller 9 is minimized automatically and at least sufficiently by the distribution of the ink amount per region counteracting to the turbulence of the ink transfer.
