<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake working device manufacturable at low cost and without increasing a vehicle mounting space by constituting a mechanical brake mechanism for parking operation as a cam mechanism with no rotating support part and with a small number of parts. SOLUTION: A cam assembly KA consists of a cam mechanism K and an assembling tool to install this cam mechanism on a caliper 2, and the cam mechanism K is furnished with a cam assembly for parking operation constituted of a cam 14 free to oscillate against an adjust spindle 6a of an adjuster mechanism 6, a thrust transmission plug 16 and a thrust member clamped by the cam 14 and the thrust transmission plug 16 on a disc brake working device installing the cam assembly KA for parking operation on one end outside part of the caliper 2 supporting a piston 4 with the adjuster mechanism 6 built in it free to slide.</p> |
