PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired magnetic waveform pattern, eliminate a conventional mold and shorten lead time for development. SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of a magnet roll providing a composite magnetic material made of a magnetic material and a binding resin material on a surface is constituted of 5 wedge type magnetic yoke 2 the cross-section area arranged opposed along the overall axial direction on a surface of the magnet roll 1 of which becomes gradually smaller toward its head end and 8 magnetizing device 3 to magnetize through the magnetic yoke 2 so that different magnetic patterns are formed in accordance with an angle of rotation of the magnet roll 1.
