PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the decorative panel of new constitution wherein the deformation such as warpage or the like does not occur even when a chute opening part is formed in one face. SOLUTION: In a decorative panel in which decorative plates 8, 9 are stuck on the surface and reverse of stile combination structure making a core material of a stile material, a chute opening part is formed on the surface side of the decorative panel, and a groove 10 substantially parallel with the width direction of a decorative plate 8 is formed on the inside of the decorative plate 8 of the reverse side of the decorative panel. The groove 10 is provided at a position corresponding substantially to the upper and lower edges of the chute opening part of the surface side of at least the decorative panel, and formed over the entire width of the decorative plate 8.
