PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from leaking into an apparatus body because of an external factor such as an environmental temperature change or the like by setting replaceable recording head and ink tank, and a supply tube for supplying ink to the head from the tank, and filling the head with ink when the head is loaded. SOLUTION: A recording head 1 forms an insertion part 13 with a head cap 14 set to en end of an ink channel 11 for shutting a nozzle part 12 and the channel 11, into which an ink supply needle 23 of a joint part 5 is inserted thereby being connected. An ink tank 2 has at one end of a body 15 an insertion part 16 for a supply needle 3 when inserted to a joint part 6, and a cap 17. The ink tank also has a joint cylinder 18 for connecting a supply tube 4 to a connection part 25 of the joint part 5 of an ink supply device 3, and the like. In replacing the head 1, a cap 8 is removed, a flow path of the tube 4 is closed by a press-contact cam 35, the insertion part 13 is pulled out of the cylinder 18, and a remaining ink in the channel 11 is sucked by a negative pressure generated to a suction part 36. |
