PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure secure retaining of carbon particles and improve moisture-conditioning capability to expand the range of usable forms of a sheet by bonding the carbon particles to each other and the carbon particles, a nonwoven fabric and a covering material together, with the help of an adhesive applied to the carbon particles, between the air-permeable non woven fabric and the covering material and thereby molding the entirety of these materials into a continuous sheet of an almost uniform thickness. SOLUTION: The moisture-conditioning sheet is of a continuous sheet from of an entirely almost uniform thickness obtained by bonding carbon particles 14 to each other and the carbon particles 14, a nonwoven fabric 10 and a covering material 12 together, with the help of an adhesive applied to the carbon particles 14, between the air-permeable nonwoven fabric 10 and the covering material 12. The carbon particles 14 to be used are the particles of 'Bincho' charcoal. The moisture-conditioning sheet is free from the scattering and loss of the carbon particles 14 as the carbon particles 14 are mutually bonded and the carbon particles 14, the nonwoven fabric 10 and the covering material 12 are bonded together, with the help of an adhesive. In addition, the nonwoven fabric 10 and the covering material 12 adequately retain the carbon particles 14 to ensure that no particle leakage occurs. Besides, the sheet is uniform in thickness and continuous as a web, so that it is easy to handle and can be conveniently used for various applications by cutting it to an appropriate length. Thus it is possible to arbitrarily regulate the layer thickness of the carbon particles and the like and therefore, manufacture the moisture-conditioning sheet of stable quality at a low cost.
