PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stereoscopic molding in a short time by a simple apparatus constitution. SOLUTION: A control device 1 for outputting data related to streoscopic molding, a supply device 13 for supplying a film 12 coated with a hot-melt resin to a molding stage A, the thermal head 15 superposed on the film at the molding stage and a lamination device 19 heating the thermal head 15 according to the data corresponding to one layer outputted from the control device 1 to melt the hot-melt resin of the film 12 and thermally transferring the hot-melt resin corresponding to one layer to successively laminate the same on a molding table 17 are provided.
