PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fastening feeling and cutting into the armpit by holding shoulder belts at a back attaching part in a crossing state, fastening and fixing a breast belt, providing a means joinable to both ends of the breast belt, and providing an attaching means capable of varying an attaching position to the breast belt. SOLUTION: Two elastic shoulder belts 2 cross at the back in an attachment, a transversely long band-like elastic breast belt 3 connects the lower ends of the shoulder belts 2 via a sewing part 22, and a back attaching part 1 holds the shoulder belts 2 in a crossing state and attaches and fixes the breast belt 3 via a sewing part 32. A Hook-and-Loop fastener 31 is mounted to facing positions of both ends of the breast belt 3, and the upper ends of the shoulder belts 2 are provided with attaching means 21 capable of varying positions for holding the ends to the breast belt 3 during the attachment. Belt through holes 11 for holding the shoulder belts 2 are provided at four corners without a particular function of fixing the belts so as to allow the shoulder belts 2 to freely move.
