PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a vibration transmitting member from a sheath without applying force in the bending direction to the vibration transmitting member. SOLUTION: A transducer unit 4 has a counter-connection part 47 locked in the axial direction to a connection part 11 of a housing unit 2. In this case, in the housing unit 2, a finger part 102 for letting a part of removing operation force added to the transducer unit 4 for removing the counter-connection part 47 in the axial direction from the connection part 11 to escape to the side of the housing unit 2 is protruded at a position where a finger for holding the transducer unit 4 can be pressed as the transducer unit 4 is connected to the housing unit 2.
