PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embody cooking flows in cookware by control programs which are easily correctable and changeable and have versatility among different models. SOLUTION: The cookware 1 has an input element including at least one temperature sensors S1 and S2, an output element including at least one heating means 6 and 8 and at least one clocking means 19A and 19B. The cookware 1 also has memory means 16 and 17 in which the control programs having a general-purpose mode control section commonly usable between the different cooking flows to execute at least mode output control and mode shift and a discrete data section having the data of respective modes corresponding to the discrete cookware are stored and a control means 15 which carries out the processing of the input from the input element and the output to the output element cooperatively with the clock means 19A and 19B according to the control programs.
