PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform flow of a material and to easily mold both of a V-shaped groove and an axial flat groove by applying pressure in the axial direction from the other end of half-finished product coupleted in a first process, pushing a material into a molding die and forming both of the grooves. SOLUTION: In a first process, a material is pushed into a molding die 35 when the material is inserted into the molding die 35 and a punch 37a is advanced and a half-finished product (b) of the process is formed when the punch 37a reaches a forward end. By reversing the direction of the half-finished product (b) in left and right directions, the half-finished product (b) is inserted into the molding die 35 of a next third process. The punch 37a of the second process is positioned so that a phase of two flat projections formed in a molding die of the third process and a V-shaped groove formed in the half-finished product (b) may be 90 deg.. The positioned half-finished product (b) is inserted into the molding die 35 without changing the phase (an angle around an axis) of the product (b) and molding of a flat groove is performed by the punch 37a of the third process.
