PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet all the conditions including operability, a sufficient initial fixing property that is not damaged together with a parental floor bone and a staple during operation, not requiring unstapling after healing, and retention of necessary strength until healing, by forming a drawing material having an in-vivo degradability by compression drawing. SOLUTION: The in-vivo degradable material of a staple 1 is drawn to about 1.1 to 6.0 times. Drawing may be carried out by hydrostatic pressure extrusion, tension drawing, compression molding, or extrusion molding. Drawing temperature is above the glass transition point and below the melting point, preferably at 100 deg.C to 150 deg.C. A drawn material is cut and preheated. Subsequently, it is subjected to compression drawing and formed into a U shape, and spikes 4 are formed in a seat portion 3. After compression drawing, thermally setting is carried by holding under pressure, the shape provided by compression drawing is fixed, and arrowhead portions are formed at the legs 2 of the obtained molded body by compression drawing molding or cutting during material production. |
