PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue construct for transplantation including a sandwich structure including the flat substrate of cultured body surface cells and matter adhering thereto. SOLUTION: In this tissue construct for transplantation, the culture of body surface cells is carried out on condition that at least 10% of epidermal cells are not contact-prohibited and are a substrate including a reabsorbable carrier material having a modulus of elasticity preferably lower than 1 N/mm2 (18 deg.C) and in the tissue construct, epidermal cells are selected from the group including 'internal body surfaces such as keratinocytes, epithelial cells of the respiration section, or the internal body surfaces such as tunica mucosas, corneas, bladders, cholecysts and others'. |
