PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily treat waste water gathered in a bottom part of a vessel body, and to prevent an offensive smell from leaking out even if a cover is opened/closed by installing a throating net in a step part of the vessel body, and arranging a water filling port and a drain port in an outer peripheral surface of an under surface from the step part of the vessel body. SOLUTION: In a vessel body 1, a throating net 4 is arranged in a step part arranged between a large diameter part 1a and a small diameter part 1c. Thus, garbage thrown into the vessel body 1 is deposited on the throating net 4 to be housed in the large diameter part 1a of the vessel body 1. Moisture contained in the garbage drops in the small diameter part 1c from meshes 4a of the throating net 4, and only the moisture is stored in a bottom part of the small diameter part 1c as waste water. While, when closing a cover 5 throwing the garbage into the vessel body 1, since a component volatilized from a medicine in a small article housing chamber 7 is diffused in the vessel body 1 from an air vent 7e to deodorize an offensive smell, even if the cover 5 is opened, the offensive smell is not emitted outside the vessel body 1. |
