PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of kombu extract from used kombu wash water which is mostly discarded and causes environmental pollution, in order to reduce high production cost of kombu extract. SOLUTION: This method is to roughly filter used kombu wash water by a filter 1, concentrate the filtrate under a vacuum by a concentrator, and enzymatically treat, desalt by an electrodialyzer 4 and sterilize the concentrated solution, to produce the kombu extract. |
