PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive cloth having a thermoplastic resin thermally fused to a surface of a base cloth, provide an adhesive interlining cloth necessary for imparting an aesthetic function and beautiful silhouette especially to a women's thin fabric and provide a hot-melt adhesive to be used for the above cloth. SOLUTION: The adhesive for thermal fusion is an aqueous dispersion of a thermoplastic resin produced by heating a thermoplastic resin at or above the softening point of the resin and dispersing the resin in an aqueous medium in softened state at a weight-average particle diameter of preferably 0.1-20μm and the adhesive cloth is produced by fusing the adhesive on a surface of a base cloth under heating. The thermoplastic resin is preferably a polyamide copolymer resin and/or a polyester copolymer resin.
