<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discharge amount of evaporated fuel into the atmosphere and to enable module production by covering a cover side of an opening and closing valve of a valve module with a cover part, holding airtightness of a joining part and forming an evaporated fuel passage part by the cover part and a module main body. SOLUTION: When fuel is injected from an oil supply nozzle 27, vapor pressure acts on a diaphragm valve 2 to open the diaphragm 2 against a diaphragm spring 4 because pressure is raised by vapor pressure of fuel injected within a fuel tank 26. Evaporated fuel within the fuel tank 26 passes a float valve 7 and the diaphragm valve 2, flows into a passage part 22k formed by a cover part 22c and a module main body 1 as shown by the arrow, passes an evaporated fuel introduction port 22h and is adsorbed by adsorbent 23. Because the passage part 22k is covered with a resin material, amount of evaporated fuel transmitting resin and leaking into the atmosphere is remarkably reduced as compared with rubber.</p> |
