INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR THERMOSETTING RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct excess and deficiency by knowing whether the injection amt. of a resin is proper by detecting the moving quantity of a pressure plunger. SOLUTION: A moving quantity detection means 11 detects the moving quantity of the pressure plunger 5 moved by a pressure drive device 6 to output the same to a control device 14. The control device 14 outputs a command to a resin quantity adjusting means 12 so as to increase the metering resin quantity of a next time, for example, when the advance moving quantity of the pressure plunger 5 into a resin sump exceeds the max. set value and outputs a command to the resin quantity adjusting means 12 so as to reduce the metering resin quantity of the next time when the above mentioned advance moving quantity does not reach the min. set value. The metering resin quantity of the next time is corrected to a proper quantity by this command to mold a good product.
