PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking-up of carrying passages by blowing in gas so as to become resistance to a flow on the downstream side of a distributor, and adjusting a flow rate balance of powder/grain flowing to the respective carrying passages in a device for distributing and carrying the powder/grain to plural carrying passages by the distributor arranged in the middle of the carrying passages. SOLUTION: When applied to a device for blowing in waste plastic being raw fuel from a tuyere in blast furnace operation, a carrying pipe 2 is connected to a blowing tank 1 for storing the waster plastic, and a distributor 3 is arranged in the middle of this carrying pipe 2 to connect first/second branch pipes 4, 5. Opening/closing valves 6, 7 are interposed in the respective branch pipes 4, 5, and the tip sides of the respective branch pipes 4, 5 are connected to blowing lances 8, 9. Adjusting air nozzles 10, 11 are installed in a position in the vicinity of the distributor 3 so as to inject air in the direction for becoming resistance to a flow to adjust a flow rate balance of a blowing material by air injection from the respective nozzles 10, 11 to prevent blocking-up of the branch pipes 4, 5.
