PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a highly accurate connection. SOLUTION: Connecting plates 13 constituting gusset plates 11 fixed to supports 10 are provided with bolt insertion holes 13a and are provided with positioning projections 13b. At both end parts of a horizontal member 14, bolt insertion holes 14b are provided and positioning through holes 14c are provided. The relative positions of the positioning through holes 14c and the bolt insertion holes 14b are made the same as the relative positions of the positioning projections 13b and the bolt insertion holes 13a. By fitting the positioning projections 13b into the corresponding positioning through holes 14c, inserting bolts 15 in a state that both the bolt insertion holes 13a, 14a are overlapped each other and screwing nuts 16 into the bolts 15, both the supports 10 are connected with the gusset plates 11 via the horizontal member 14.
