PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uncomfortableness during a massage of a delicate part such as the neck, the face and the head, facilitating the use for a long time, by arranging a plurality of tapping portions for stimulating a human body and a manual handle for supporting each part. SOLUTION: Tapping portions 1-3 and a handle 5 of a massage tool are fixed on both sides of a body 4. The material of the body 4 has a material having a reacting force such as a spring or plastics. There are a strong reacting force material and a weak reacting force material, and they are used depending on the needs. The handle 5 is kept by the hand and supports and operates the tapping portions 1-3, is made of wood, rubber, synthetic resin, silicone rubber, plastics, or metal which is easily grabbed and lightweight. A space is provided among the tapping portions 1-3, and the tapping portions 1-3 sequentially stimulate a human body by one hand operation with a time interval. When a massage is performed with the patting portion 1 adhered to the human body, stimulations by next patting portions 2, 3 are transferred as indirect vibrations to the human body.
