PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously bake a baked cake having prescribed form in high efficiency without generating remnant of the cake raw material. SOLUTION: A prescribed amount of a cake raw material lump 24 is placed on a continuously moving metal plate 1, covered with a forming mold 10 and formed while spraying a liquid against the surface of the cake raw material lump 24 through the forming mold 10 and the formed cake raw material 25 is baked to obtain a baked cake.
