PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfect cultivation device capable of easily, smoothly circulatingly moving even highly heavy cultivation vessels each at >300 kg without any trouble along a moving or transferring rail, thereby capable of mass-cultivating vegetables/flowering plants intensively or on a large scale. SOLUTION: This cultivation device is so designed as to support a plurality of cultivation vessels for vegetables/flowering plants via a roller unit set up on the underside thereof on a moving rail; wherein the roller unit has such a construction that two bearing rollers identical in both shape and size with each other are combined in symmetrical configuration in an inverse 8-shaped fashion, the outer diameter of each of the bearing rollers is designed so as to be 4 to 8 times the corresponding shaft diameter.
