PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a spandrel wall which is constructed without expense in time and labor and at low cost, by sticking a wall sheet material having a surface thereof printed with a continuous pattern, onto a wall surface, and sticking a decorative member on the surface of the wall sheet material. SOLUTION: In the structure of a spandrel wall 2 to be set on the surface of a wall 1, a wall sheet material 10 formed like a band with a constant width H and having its surface 11 printed with a continuous pattern, is stuck onto the surface of the wall 1 along a boundary between the wall 1 and a floor 3, and a decorative member is stuck onto the surface of the wall sheet material 10. The decorative member is formed of a border material 20 arranged along the upper edge of the wall sheet material 10, a baseboard material 23 arranged along the lower edge of the wall sheet material 10, and an intermediate decorative member 26 arranged between the materials 20, 23. The wall sheet material 10 is provided with a vinyl sheet having its surface printed with a continuous pattern, and it is preferable that the decorative member is formed by sticking a sheet printed with the same pattern as that of the wall sheet material 10, onto the member main body formed of a compressive molded material.
