PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure airtightness of a driver's cab to prevent the entry of noise, vibration and dust from the outdoor side, to improve the workability for assembling a hose, a cable, and a wire, and to increase an indoor habitable space to ensure comfortable space for a driver. SOLUTION: A plurality of boxlike parts having substantially sealed structure 18, 19, 21 are formed by a substantially planelike thin plate (surface plate) 14 and a plurality of reinforcing members provided on a rear surface side of the thin plate. A hose 38 extended between the inside of a driver's cab 1 and a vehicle main body is inserted into an internal space of the boxlike part 21, and hold members 39, 41 having an airtight structure are provided in an exit part of the boxlike part 21. Moreover, a part of the boxlike part is utilized as an air conditioning circuit.
