PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply connect a beam and a post, and prevent damage of a connecting part of a high-storied building due to a severe earthquake by connecting a pair of anchoring heads having a nut to each other by a steel pipe and a core bar. SOLUTION: Anchoring heads 3, 4 are connected to both ends of a stainless steel pipe 5 by welding, and connected to each other by a core bar 6. Six pre- stressed concrete steel stranded wires 8 as a tension material 7 are arranged between the fixing heads 3, 4, thereby applying pre-stress to the steel pipe 5 and the core bar 6 to form high-tension connector 1. Nuts 2a, 2b are threadedly engaged with the outer peripheries of the fixing heads 3, 4, thereby fastening a pre-stressed concrete post and a precast concrete beam to be connected to each other. Resin 18 is injected into the inside 5a of the steel pipe from a resin filling hole 20 and filled between the anchoring heads 3, 4 and a solidified body 17 and between the solidified body 17 and the steel pipe 5 to be integrated with each other.
