PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cast left and right outer tubes with a single die by sharing the left and right outer tubes. SOLUTION: A boss part 20 for installing a brake caliper is integrally extended in front or a rear face of an outer tube 11 of a front fork 10. A hole is provided in the boss part 20 for installing the brake caliper to connect a caliper bracket 21 with bolt from the front face side or the rear face side in the longitudinal direction. The boss part 20 for installing the brake caliper is formed symmetrical about a center axis of the outer tube 11, and the outer tube 11 is formed symmetrical.
