PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally insulate a body panel and an exhaust pipe and/or a silencer and to reinforce the body panel by fixing a reinforcement panel to the body panel in such manner that it is placed between the body panel and the exhaust pipe and/or the silencer with an air gap. SOLUTION: A reinforcement panel 7 is fixed to an exhaust pipe receiving part 3 by welding a proper part of the reinforcement panel 7 to a rear floor panel back part 1. This reinforcement panel 7 is formed by pressing a thin plate material, and fixed to the rear floor panel back part 1 in such manner that a part excluding a welding part, is slightly separated from a wall surface of the rear floor panel back part 1, that is, with an air gap 8. By applying this reinforcement panel 7, the rigidity of the rear floor panel back part 1 can be properly improved. Further by the heat insulating effect by the air gap 8, the heat from an exhaust pipe and/or a silencer 4b does not reach the rear floor panel back part 1 even though the exhaust pipe and/or the silencer 4b is mounted near the rear floor panel back part 1.
