PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of hardly keeping an operation posture for a tread adjustment or which are carried out by floating the rear wheels when the rear wheels are at the grounding state when standing a stand at the rear part of a seedling transplanter. SOLUTION: This traveling device of a seedling transplanter is constituted by arranging a seedling-transplanting device 5 for holding a seedling fed from a seedling tank 4 and transplanting the held seedling on a soil surface, installed in the rear part of a body 3 having front wheels 1 and driven and traveling rear wheels 2 whose lifting and lowering can be controlled, and a steering handle 6, and installing a stand 7 for fixing the lifted state of the rear wheels 2, in a standing posture provided by moving the stand downward.
