PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt holder which can easily and correctly set an anchor bolt in concrete having reinforcing bars embedded therein. SOLUTION: A hooking member 15 constituting an anchor bolt holder 14 is formed by bending a band-shaped metal plate so as to have a cross section of the almost invertedΩ. The hooking member 15 includes a hooking portion 16 which is formed by inwardly bending each end and further outwardly bending the front end of the bent end. The hooking member 15 has an insertion hole 17 formed therein at its central portion, and part of a wire spring 18 which is annularly wound, is fixed, by welding, along part of the periphery of the insertion hole 17. An anchor bolt 19 inserted into the insertion hole 17 is erectly held by a spring force of the wire spring 18.
