PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually operated wiper in a simple shape capable of readily performing operations to remove waterdrops sticking to the front surface of a windshield of a helmet, etc., and disturbing the driving during the running, etc. of a two-wheeled vehicle, etc. on a rainy day, easily demountable during the running, improving the safety during the running and suppliable at a low cost. SOLUTION: This manually operated wiper 1 for a windshield of a helmet, etc. for a two-wheeled vehicle comprises an elastic material having a size and a thickness readily held and easily handleable by one hand and further pointed straight-line parts 2 and is provided with through-holes 3 in proper positions and tapered notched parts 4, extended from the through-holes 3, opened to the peripheral edges and formed therein.
