PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic capable of generating a sufficient and proper heat quantity and having a comfortable warmth sense. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by including a metal compound and/or a metal hydroxide reactive with an acid and an acidic substance as an aqueous solution in a state without mixing. The metal compound or the metal hydroxide reactive with the acid or both are preferably zinc oxide and/or magnesium oxide. The acidic substance is preferably citric and/or its salt. Furthermore, the cosmetic preferably has a warmth sense during the use and may be a nongas foam cosmetic or a pack cosmetic.
