PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a peelable tab made of a heat-sealing material efficiently and firmly to a belt-shaped packaging material having a lot of through holes. SOLUTION: In a method, high temperature plate sealing and induction sealing are done simultaneously, and a peelable tab 2 is attached firmly to a packaging material 4. For this purpose, in an apparatus, a high temperature plate sealing member 25 is arranged behind the tab 2 to be attached to the material 4, and an induction sealing member 26 is arranged on the opposite side. The member 26 has an inductor 30 on its surface, by being energized, the current is generated in a conductive material in the packaging material 4, and the packaging material can be heated. The members 25, 26 are brought close to each other not only to press the tab 2 and the packaging material 4 but also to spray compressed fluid from an outlet hole 42 formed in the member 26 at an opening position to the laminated sheet of the packaging material to make the laminated sheet, the packaging material 4, and the tab 2 adhere to the plate sealing member 25. |
