PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health implement for legs for which an angle adjustment can be easily performed and also has a structure which does not cause troubles such as a breakage does not occur. SOLUTION: On a base 1, a foot placing table 2 is tiltably attached. Then, at an area where the upper surface of the base 1 and the lower surface of the foot placing table 2 are confronted with each other, chains 4 and 5 or a rack are provided in a manner to be orthogonal with the tilting shaft 3 of the foot placing table 2. Then, a gear 6 which simultaneously engages with the chain 4 or the rack on the base 1 side, and the chain 5 or the rack on the foot placing table 2 side, is inserted between the base 1 and the foot placing table 2. Then, on the tilting shaft 3 side of the foot placing table 2, a heel receiving section 7 which receives the heels of both feet is provided for this health utensil for leg. A gripping section which can be gripped by a person who is riding on the foot placing table 2, may be further provided.
