PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a smooth mounting work by separating a curing sheet into a footstep sheet for covering footsteps and a railing sheet for covering a railing, inserting both ends of the footstep sheet between a step and the skirt guard of the railing, and then covering the railing so as to cover the insert part. SOLUTION: A curing device for escalator 16 is formed of a footstep sheet 17 for covering a footstep 2 and railing sheets 18, 19 for covering the right and left railings. The footstep sheet 17 comprises a footstep shape part 17a for covering the tread of the footstep 2 and the riser face and insert parts 17b, 17b integrally formed on both sides of the step shape part 17a, and the insert parts 17b, 17c are inserted between the footstep 2 and the skirt guards 12, 13 of the railings. The railing sheets 18, 19 are formed of fist parts for covering the outsides of panel parts 8, 9, second parts for covering the upper surfaces of handrails 6, 7 and third parts for covering the insides of the panel parts 8, 9, and the third parts are set to a dimension longer than the first parts so as to cover the insert parts 17b, 17c.
