PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily ensure good electric conductivity, electromagnetic wave shielding property, transparency and property of preventing scattering due to shock by embedding sheet-shaped electrically conductive fibers in an acrylic ester resin having polar groups, photo-curing the resin and laminating glass plates by way of the resulting resin layer as a middle layer. SOLUTION: Two glass plates are laminated by way of a resin layer as a middle layer. The resin layer is formed by embedding a sheet comprising electrically conductive fibers in an acrylic ester resin that is cured by irradiation with light and has polar groups. The resin layer is transparent and soft and adheres tightly to the glass surfaces. The resin is preferably a polymer of a photopolymerizable composition comprising a prepolymer of an acrylic ester compound having an acrylic group and an acrylate, an acrylic ester compound of a polyol compound and a photo-radical initiator. A prepreg sheet formed by embedding a sheet comprising electrically conductive fibers in the photopolymerizable resin composition and half-curing the composition is held between two glass plates and then the composition is thoroughly cured by irradiation with light to obtain the objective electromagnetic wave shielding glass laminated body.
