PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily displace each of wrapping rod between a diametrically extending state to carry out rope winding work and a diametrically contracting state to carry out removing work of a wound-up rope bundle. SOLUTION: A plural number of wrapping rods 3, 3 and a central shaft 4 are provided on an overall surface of a side frame 2, a slider 5 is installed on the central shaft 4, the side of a wrapping rod tip part 32 is made to tilt in the central shaft direction by pivotally installing a base end part 31 of each of the wrapping rods 3 on the side of the side frame 2, the wrapping rod tip part 32 and the side of each of brackets 52 are connected to each other by a connecting material 6, the slider 5 is fixed by a lock member 7, and the slider 5 is made to slide toward the central shaft 4. Consequently, it is possible to change a winding-up diameter of the wrapping rod 3.
