PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miso-heating device for realizing the sure and safe heating of the miso, when the miso is thermally sterilized by an electrical heating method and then packaged, and to provide a means for controlling the electrification. SOLUTION: This device for heating miso comprises a box type heating tank 1 which has a heat-insulating structure and on whose facing surfaces electrode plates 11 are wholly disposed, and a sliding lid 2 having a heat- insulating structure. The device is provided with a control means for supplying a prescribed electric power to the electrodes, sending the electric current at a constant upper limit electric current value until reaching a prescribed temperature and then breaking the electric circuit, when reaching the prescribed temperature. |
