PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer head device forming the tape pressure transfer posture corresponding to the manner of holding a writing implement by a user in using a film transfer head and directly and visually checking the tape pressure transfer posture. SOLUTION: A coating film transfer head is constituted of a head main body 60 pressure transferring a coating film transfer tape T, a head holding section 61 supporting rotatably the head main body 60 around its axial center and a rotating operation section 62 by fixing the rotating direction position of the head main body 60, and the rotating operation section 62 is also functioned as a head posture indicating section for indicating the tape pressure transfer posture of the head main body 60. Thus the pressure transfer posture can be checked directly and visually by a user.
