<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out favourable central folding treatment at low cost and to prevent biting of a central folding plate in a nip part of a central folding roller. SOLUTION: Two sets of central folding rollers 61A, 61B are set in a positional relation along a constant line L where the advancing direction of a central folding plate 63 and the nip direction match with each other, the central folding roller 61A on the front stage side where the central folding plate 63 enters a nip NP part out of the central folding rollers 61A, 61B of each set is set low in nip pressure in such a degree as to release the central folding plate 63 from the nip part, and the nip pressure is set higher than the central folding roller 61A on the front stage side concerning the central folding roller 61B on the rear stage side.</p> |
