SOLUTION: This door latch system for car is formed so that a power close unit 26 does not allow a latch to be displaced toward a full latch position after an outer open handle 21 or an inner open handle 22 is operated to open a door while the latch is displaced from a half latch position to the full latch position by a power from a motor 25.
