PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fire-resistive structure in a base isolation structure part which can surely provide a fire-preventive function by a simple structure without impairing a function of base isolation in the base isolation structure part provided with a seismic isolator and facilitates inspection of the seismic isolator in a place of installation thereof, which enables reduction of the thickness of a fire-resistive board and is light in weight, resulting in no enlargement of an aspect dimension of a pillar and having a good appearance, and which can also be applied to a base isolation slit provided in a wall, without using the fire-resistive board, thus can form a fire compartment easily and also can be used for an existing building. SOLUTION: In a base isolation structure part formed by providing a seismic isolator between structural bodies such as pillars divided vertically or between the structural body and the footing, fire-resistive boards 2a and 2b are fitted to the upper and lower structural bodies or the footing so that they surround the periphery of the seismic isolator and that a base isolation slit 6 is formed between the fire-resistive boards 2a and 2b in the vertical direction, and a fire-resistive gasket 8 packed inside with fire-resistive fibers 9 such as ceramic fibers is inserted and fitted in the base isolation slit 6.
