PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have cleaning action in a plank wall by attaching a decorative plate or a netting having holes in a sheet pile wall, and providing a septic tank in a space composed of the sheet pile wall and the decorative plate or the netting. SOLUTION: A concrete made decorative plate 1 having holes 7 is attached to an uneven plank wall 2. A septic tank 3 filled with the combination of lava boulders, crushed stones, sand and shells is provided in a space constituted of the sheet pile wall 2 and the decorative plate 1. Water is made to flow in the septic tank 3 by providing the holes 7. The decorative plate 1 decorates the surface by a natural stone 6, a moss is easily produced by particularly using the porous lava boulders and can be made to form a landscape matched to a natural environment. Since the septic tank is filled with materials containing the melted rocks, the nurturing of an ecosystem excellent in cleaning capability can be made possible. An H-shape steel 4 is attached to the sheet pile wall 2 at constant intervals, the fitting can be made possible by fitting the decorative plate 1 and the netting, and workability is improved by using the lightweight decorative plate.
