PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating deburring device reducible in weight, low in cost and excellent in work efficiency. SOLUTION: A vibrating unit 20 is hangingly fitted from a frame 3 through a hanging means 10 with annular members 11, 11 connected to each other, and guide pins 30 fitted to the lower part of the vibrating unit 20 are supported by guide parts 32. The vibrating unit 20 is composed of an exciting plate 21 with a vibrating motor 23, and a fitting plate 26 fitted to the exciting plate 21 through a spring 25. A container 40 is fitted to the front face of the fitting plate 26, and a workpiece is fixed into the container 40. Media are put and vibrated to polish the workpiece. A feed hopper 4, a media tank 60 and a media feeder 81 are arranged above the container 40, and a media recovery device 70 is disposed below. |
