PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load an ink cartridge by a small force without damaging a sealing performance of a sealing packing and to reduce deformation of the sealing packing at a portion in contact with the ink cartridge as much as possible. SOLUTION: This device comprises a print head unit 10, an ink cartridge 3 to be detachably attached to the print head unit 10 and a roughly cylindrical sealing packing 39 provided between an ink supplying section 23 of the ink cartridge 3 and a supply receiving section 32 of the print head unit 10. The sealing packing 39 has a fitting section to be air-tightly fitted to an external circumference of the supply receiving section 32, close-adherence section to be brought into close adherence to the ink supplying section 23 and an intermediate cylinder section which is provided between the fitting section and close adherence section and is formed to be thinner than the fitting section and intimate contact section. |
