PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin tray and an alginate impression material from peeling from each other when the tray is removed from the oral cavity of a patient in taking the impression using the tray and the impression material in the field of dentistry. SOLUTION: As an adhesive for a resin tray and an alginate impression material, that comprising 100 pts.wt. of an organic solvent of an alcohol compound, ketone compound, ester compound, or the like, and 1-10 pts.wt. of fine powder of an average particle size of 10μm or less of ultrafine particular silica, ultrafine particular alumina, ultrafine particular zirconia, or the like, dispersed in it is used. The resin tray and the alginate impression material can thus be strongly adhered to each other, and in removing the tray after taking the impression, a hardened body of the impression material can be prevented from peeling from the resin tray to be deformed.
