PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation, reducing a bitter taste of isopropylantipyrine (hereinafter called as IPA) and used for preparing an IPA dispersion liquid capable of extremely easily taken by incorporating IPA and a masking agent. SOLUTION: This solid cold composition contains (A) IPA and (B) a masking agent. The blending ratio of the components A to B is preferably 0.01-0.10 pt.wt., more preferably 0.03-0.08 pt.wt. and further more preferably 0.05-0.06 pt.wt. component B based on 1 pt.wt. component A. As the component B, a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and a polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate are preferable, and it is preferable to use them as combined, and in such case, it is preferable to use 2.0-4.0 pt.wt. hydroxypropy methyl cellulose based on 1 pt.wt. polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate.
