PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill pouch excellent in usability which can be easily manufactured and filled with contents, having a form of pouch excellent in design, and with which even highly viscous contents can be easily transferred to the end in using the contents. SOLUTION: The refill pouch 400 is formed as a standing pouch for example, wherein an upper portion of the pouch 400 is formed to be necked in a narrow width, as well as a cutout line 7 is provided for forming a pour-out port of contents at an upper end, and a longitudinal crease 6 for easy folding of the pouch is provided at the center of the pouch 400. The cutout line 7 may be indicated by printing, wherein, preferably, further a notch 8 is singly provided or an easy-to-unseal means such as a half cut line or a laminate of a uniaxially stretched film in combination with the notch 8 may be provided.
